Northwest Trek

Nana and Papa treated us to a day at Northwest Trek, which is a natural wildlife park. A majority of the animals are free range. It is good because they are in their natural state and not cagged up, but it doesn't guarantee you will see every animal. We were very lucky to see all the animals except for white tailed deer. The kids had a blast getting to see these huge animals only a few feet from the tram. We took a picnic lunch and made a whole day of the park. Thanks Nana and Papa!!!

My mom is always telling us to go there and we never make it. That will have to be a place we go next year. Have you been to Point Defiance Zoo? That is where we always end up hanging out - it reminds me of the one here, small but big enough you can spend as much time as you want.
